format-integer-075 assumes there are no ordinals with A, with 'A' and 'A;o' being the same. 
 
But "CG-th" seems to be a good way to make an ordinal A

Agreed. Test assertion relaxed, so basically the test now just checks that the picture 'A;o' is allowed.
