This test runs /*/data() against types input, and expects an error, however, when you use a non-validating processor it will result in returning the string value of the nodes. Suggesting to either allow non-error outcome, or to add a dependency.
I think the decision was made that if an environment requires a schema then there is an implicit assumption that the test case requires a processor that is schema aware. There are many tests that make this assumption.
Ok, so I should update to filter when using non-validating XPath by qt:environment/qt:schema. If present, it assumes a validating processor. I'll close then with no action.
