Tests cbcl-format-number-017 and cvcl-format-number-034 are concerned with what happens when formatting of a number as a percentage triggers a numeric overflow (or infinity). For cbcl-format-number-017 the expected result should be 7922816251426433759354395033500% (it is missing the percent sign) For cbcl-format-number-034 the expected result should be Infinity% rather than INF%
