my URI resolver raises an error for this example.

It would seem like the result should be http://www.example.com/examples.

Actually added the "/" to the tests as its precence is irrelevant for the
Test.  I am a bit puzzle by you getting an error here.  Resubmitted test
and results.  Please close the bug if in agreement and able to verify.
