fn-document-uri-12/15/16/17/18/19/20/21 all expects the document-uri of the
$input-context variable to contain the "works-mod" string; but the catalog
informations bind that variable to the "emptydoc" sample source, so it should
either expect "emptydoc" or the catalog should point the variable to load
"works-mod"

Thanks.  I modified the catalog file to correctly load "works-mod".
Please close the bug if in agreement and able to verify.
