Suggest closing this as invalid or wontfix. I'm not certain what the question was actually asking (and I don't think we can't expect to get the OP to clarify at this point). Also, reading through the current spec language will makes it quite clear to anybody the difference is between the `name` and `id` attributes (there's no ambiguity)
