Blink has getDestinationInsertionPoints() on Element and Text, but only Element is in the spec:

Ops. bug 28185 should be duplication of this bug. I didn't notice this bug 28069.


I agree that Text should have it.
I thought that Node should have it, but I am feeling that it might be enough to let TextNode have it.
