Description Kirit S 2006-02-05 09:16:08 UTC
The page does not correctly encode the URI that it fetches from the HTTP referer
header before redirecting to http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator

It should encode the URI before appending to the query string on the redirect.
