Description Michael Kay 2006-01-09 17:01:29 UTC
The published results of seq-queries-results-q5 are wrong. There are possibly a
number of whitespace issues interacting here, so I'm raising this one separately.

The query selects three nodes:

(1) a text node containing the text "The fascia was identified and" together
with some leading and trailing whitespace

(2) an <action> element

(3) a text node containing a newline and six spaces

The results show (1) and (2) correctly, but (3) is replaced by a text node
containing only a newline character

Thanks. I will review this one further. Will take me sometime to
abalyze the query and xml data.

mmm, not sure where the six spaces from item 3 are comming from.

I am not sure where the six spaces are Mike. These results are identical
to the published under teh saxon documentation.

Thanks,
Carmelo

Looks as though this queery was modified. Updated the query and re-ran the
test. Submitted new query and new results. Please close the bug if
in agreement.
