A number of tests present their results in indented form where this is unwarranted. That is, in an element constructed by the query, the children of this element are presented separated by whitespace, when there is nothing in the query that would create such whitespace. The test specification requires serialization with indent=no. Specifically, all the use-cases tests appear to have this problem.

Correct. However fn-root-14, fn-root-15 present no such issue. Submitted new results. Please close the bug if in agreement. Thanks, Carmelo
