books.spec.whatwg.org is now hosted on a secure connection, so you need to update references to external style sheets, scripts, and external images to either also start with https:// or simply omit the scheme starting the URL with // (means the same thing).

This also applies to figures.spec.whatwg.org. Let me know if you want a separate bug report for that.
