At the end of section 4.7.5.1.4, there is missing ampersand on the HTML entity. Specifically there is  "lt;" instead of "&lt;"

I confirmed that this problem does still appear to exist in the current sources, as found at http://www.w3.org/html/wg/drafts/html/master/semantics.html#the-img-element
