Item 5 of Validation Rule Element Locally Valid (Complex Type) reads
in part "5 Let [Definition:]  the wild IDs be the set of all 
attribute information item ..."

The "item" should be corrected to "items."

The WG noticed this and instructed the editors to prepare a
corrigendum for it, during our meeting in Edinburgh in
September 2005.
