fn-abs-more-args-001 and fn-abs-more-args-008 expect results of 0.0E0 and 0.0
respectively. The spec states that zero values of float or double are
represented as 0 or -0, respectively.

Hi Andrew, 
the bug has marked as resolved, but it is still present in the 0.8.6 release of
the test suite

This bug is fixed after 0.8.6 is released.
