The query inside ForExprType056 is 

  ($test//fs:Folder)[1]/fs:FileName

but the fs:Folder element in the souce XML doesn't have fs:FileName as a
children; in order to get the expected result it should be

  ($test//fs:Folder)[1]/fs:File/fs:FileName

Updated query and results to use fs:FolderName instead of fs:FileName
