Provide a documentation on all the possible ways to call the CSS validator.

Syntax like http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/check?uri=referer&profile=css21
should be documented somewhere.

This will prevent people to create bugs like Bug #2473.

Last winter we added:
http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/manual.html 
which I think does the job.
