Wrong error code given for Constr-pi-target-1 to -4.

Expected error code is given in catalog as XPST0003. Should be XQDY0064.

"XML" as name for direct PI constructor is restricted through grammer:

[105]    	DirPIConstructor 	   ::=    	"<?" PITarget (S DirPIContents)? "?>"
[152]    	PITarget 	   ::=    	[http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml#NT-PITarget]XML

which in turn excludes XML as valid PI target.

There is no reference to XQDY0064 in section 3.7.2
