ExpandedQNameConstructFunc017 uses //FolderName, it should use
$input-context//FolderName

Moreover, when the initial problem is fixed, the test selects element
Folder00000000000 rather than Folder00000000001

Added context entry to queries and updated ordinal predicate to use second 
folder name instead of first so the results should be correct now.
