The resolution of Bug #790 adds an interface for direct choice of the language of the validation results, by 
adding the lang parameter to the query string. 

Should there be a user interface to give access to these? on the validator's homepage, links to "this page is 
also available in @{languages}", perhaps a drop-down in the interface to set the language of the results... 
With, obviously, a default for "automatic", ie language-negotiated.
