In 4.8.4 "The object element",
in the big algorithm,
step 6 is labelled:
    (Fallback.)
and references to that step are:
    jump to the last step in the overall set of steps (fallback)
    jump to the next step (fallback)

For consistency, change those to:
    <i>Fallback</i>:
and something like:
    jump to the step labelled <i>fallback</i>
