In the Structures spec, under Section 3.14.6 -> Schema Component Constraint: 
Derivation Valid (Restriction, Simple)
- 2.2 is missing the whitespace facet. 
- 3.1 should be removed since other unions are allowed.

Discussed at the Sept. 19 concall. 

Resolved to classify R-162 item 2.2 as error with erratum, and 3.1 as 
clarification without erratum.

Erratum E1-22 added
