I believe that the schema for schemas is correct and hope, the prose will rule this out explicitly. Reviewing this issue, I propose that the WG accept Henry's account of the matter and close the issue with RESOLVED / INVALID, meaning we believe the reported problem is not really a problem.
On 20 October 2006, the Working Group agreed to close this issue with a disposition of INVALID, meaning that we do not believe the state of affairs described in the issue is actually a problem.
