Found a few typos in the Primer that I don't think have been reported yet: 

1. In the paragraph just before section 2.5, "it has an anonymous simple type 
derived from integer..." This should be positiveInteger, not integer. 
2. Table 2 - note (5) at the bottom - "calender" should be "calendar". 
3. Section 4.2, first paragraph "...technique we used in in Section 2.5.1..." 
The word "in" is repeated. 
4. Table D1 - "Espanñola" should say "Española" (with no "n").
