Description Colin Adams 2005-09-12 14:33:54 UTC
Some examples of functions (e.g. timezone-from-date(xs:date('2000-06-12Z')) )
give an answer of PT0H (I even saw a -PT0H !), whilst the canonical form is PT0S.

Will fix editorially.
Comment 2 Jim Melton 2007-02-25 23:41:47 UTC
Closing bug because commenter has not objected to the resolution posted and more than two weeks have passed.
