In XML Schema Part 2: Datatypes W3C Recommendation 02 May 2001 change:

(2000-03-30 + P1D) + P1M = 2000-03-31 + P1M = 2001-04-30 

to:

(2000-03-30 + P1D) + P1M = 2000-03-31 + P1M = 2000-04-30 

(2001 should be 2000)
