Description Sandy Gao 2005-09-06 18:55:52 UTC
The Datatypes spec states: "A datatype is bounded if its value space has either
an inclusive upper bound or an exclusive upper bound and either an inclusive
lower bound and an exclusive lower bound." Shouldn't the last "and" be "or"?

An erratum E2-3 was added that reflects the proposed change.
