Description Sandy Gao 2005-09-06 18:32:57 UTC
There are problems comparing certain durations because of the choice of
dateTime values listed in section 3.2.6.2 of the DataTypes spec. The problem
arises out of the fact that there is no century year that is a leapyear between
399 BC and AD 399.

Comment 1 Sandy Gao 2005-09-09 02:45:37 UTC
Discussed again at the Feb. 12, 2004 telecon. See:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/w3c-xml-schema-ig/2004Feb/0066.html

Resolved to issue an erratum against 2e noting that algorithm is wrong and will
be fixed next time (add requirement against 1.1)
