Description Greg Ritzinger 2005-08-03 20:05:56 UTC
It's unfortunate that the word "capturing" is in the name of every
kind of variable; since it's always there, it contains no information.
Wouldn't it be cleaner to have "information-exchange variables,"
"state variables," etc.?

comment raised far too late for consideration, so close wontfix
Comment 2 Martin Chapman 2005-09-28 22:30:08 UTC
correction: out of the comments received by Drew, this was the only one not
acted upon by the editors. Since these comments were way past the LC deadline
(by months) and Drew accepted that they may not be acted upon. Hence the
editor's decision is acceptable.
