Patch

Add paragraph how to deal with arguments on animateTransform in the section about 'animateTransform'. The element is special since 'from', 'to', 'by' and 'values' take the arguments of a function, but not the function itself. So the spec needs to specify how to parse the arguments.


The attached patch fixes this issue as well as the issue of bug 16375.
