Description Fred Zemke 2005-07-14 23:53:51 UTC
2.1.2 notations for judgments
It says: "Patterns are written with italicized words.
... By convention, all patterns in
the Formal Semantics correspond to grammar non-terminals..."
but you have not said which grammar you intend. The first-time
reader is likely to think you mean the XQuery grammar, but this
does not include Value. Do you mean only the Formal grammar,
or any of the various grammars (XQuery, Core and Formal)?

I believe this is editorial.
