2.1.2 Notations for judgments
Under "Notation" it says "Here are three judgments that are 
used extensively in this document".  It would be helpful to 
add that this is not an exhaustive list, and 
give forward pointers to places where other
judgments are defined.  Just mentioning section 8
"Auxiliary judgments" will cover most of them,
though there are other scattered places where some are defined.

That section has been significantly rewritten and the corresponding sentences no longer appear.
