Reported by Anton Prowse

10.6.1 (Inline, non-replaced elements) and 10.6.3 (Block-level non-replaced
elements in normal flow when 'overflow' computes to 'visible') claim to
describe element behaviour, but are really describing box behaviour. In particular they apply to anonymous boxes, a fact which is non-obvious I think. This should be clarified.
