3.3.2 Identifying and Reporting Errors

"The errors defined in this specification are identified by QNames that
have the form err:XXYYnnnn"
    Huh? No they aren't. You just said so in the previous section.

Duh! This sentence has been replaced by the note at the end of the previous
section which states that we do not formalize the error codes.
