Why is only equality defined for xs:gYearMonth ,xs:gYear ,xs:gMonthDay
,xs:gMonth and xs:gDay values?  Schema defines order for these datatypes.

Why?  Schema defines order for these datatypes.

This comment was discussed in during the joint QT WG meeting on 5/18/2005.
The WGs decided that, at this point, there was no consensus for adding these
functions to the current specifications.  This topic has been marked for
consideration in future versions of this specification.
