in current code $File->{Notice}, filled with a notice paragraph about the fact that "Even if no errors are 
reported below, the document will not be valid until you manually make the changes we have 
performed automatically."

This text is not used anywhere in the current output. It should either be dropped (we already have 
warnings for fallback/override mechanisms" or added.

After giving this more thought and analysis, I find the level of information about tentative validation in the 
templates to be sufficient, and removed the said code.
