Description saasha 2011-07-31 23:23:20 UTC
Hello!

Thanks a lot for
http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/fonts.html which is really interesting! Reading it, I noticed something which may be a typo. Under the attribute list at
http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/fonts.html#FontFaceURIElement the xlink:href attribute is present twice. Maybe you need to click on "Show" beside the anchor "xlink attributes" for this attribute to appear twice.

If there is any reason for this attribute to be present twice, I consider that a clarification would be welcome.

Thanks a lot!

Hello Saaha. This is an artifact of the way those blue element description boxes are generated in the spec. You will notice that this is the case for all elements that define different element-specific behaviour for xlink:href. Both the link behind the "xlink attributes" and the single link further down in the list point to the same place. I am not sure it is worth trying to eliminate one of the links at this point -- although if either were to go, I would make it the one inside "xlink attributes".
