This test seems to expect the defaultOpenContent from the overriding document to be used instead of that from the original document.

It should be "/saxonData/Open/open043.xsd", and not "saxonData/Open/open042.v1.xml", that has this problem.

Fixed tests open043 and open045 to reflect the fact that the defaults or open content elements and attributes are taken from the overridden schema document, not the overriding schema document.
