The relevant test groups have been annotated with version="full-xpath-in-CTA" to indicate that they should only be run with a processor that supports this optional feature.

Most have been fixed, except for cta0008.xsd, which has

    <xs:alternative test="@kind eq 'book'">

In cta0008, the "eq" operator has been changed to "=".
