The image button notes that there are selected coordinates for the user's
click on the image, but it doesn't mention (that I can see) how the user
accesses these values?	Is there a property that can be read in Javascript? 
What are the GET variables?  What are the POST variables?  I would find it
helpful to have these mentioned in the spec, whether by prose or by example.

Look for the step that says "If the field element is an input element whose type attribute is in the Image Button state . . .".  It would be useful to have a note in the definition for the image button state pointing there, because it's not obvious at all how the data gets encoded for submission if you're only familiar with other input/button types.
