The original comment (Martin's review comment [8], qt-2004Feb0362-05) was 
resolved and announced in http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-qt-
comments/2004Oct/0026.html
Thus, qt-2004Feb0362-05 should be considered closed when bug 1324 is accepted 
and acknowledged by the I18N WG.

Note that this is a new bug reported by Felix:
"The respective sections for the individual output methods (5.1.2, , 6.1.2, 
7.4.2, 8.1.2) should say that for UTF-16, endianness is implementation-
dependent (or implementation-defined)."
