WebIDL now defines a way to build up interfaces across sections/specifications, but it doesn't use [Supplemental], it defines instead "partial interface". HTML5 should use that new mechanism.
Created attachment 1012 [details] Patch I've left DOMException alone, because that should just go away, and some Worker interfaces, because I had no idea what they were supposed to look like.
