Saying that "The dirty value flag <...> must be set to true whenever the user
interacts with the control" is highly misleading.
<http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/common-input-elem
ent-attributes.html#dom-input-value-value> says that it's also set to true on
programmatic manipulation.
