The expected result for fn-collection-2
http://dev.w3.org/2006/xquery-test-suite/TestSuiteStagingArea/Queries/XQuery/Functions/NodeSeqFunc/SeqCollectionFunc/fn-collection-2.xq

is FODC0002.

The correct expected result in this case is FODC0004
according to the http://www.w3.org/TR/xpath-functions-30/#func-collection

I believe this to be invalid following the decision in XML Query/XSL WG Joint Teleconference #486 2011-10-04 regarding Bug 14185.

DECISION: Re Bug 14185, [F+O30] fn:collection/fn:doc FODC0002:
Change error conditions for fn:collection. Move "no mapping" condition
from FODC0004 to FODC0002.

Bug fixed according to Bug 14185. CVS updated.
