The ECMAScript harness provided an option to use a DOM L3 LS document loader (as
an alternative to 
IFrame, etc), however as there were no implementation of LS for ECMAScript at
the time of writing, the 
code could not be tested at that time.  Now that there are starting to be
ECMAScript implementations, 
the code can be test and the latent bugs eliminated.
