Comment:
"One byte in the range F5 to FD, followed by three bytes in the range 80 to
BF, not followed by a byte in the range 80 to BF" should be "One byte in the
range F8 to FD, followed by three bytes in the range 80 to BF, not followed by
a byte in the range 80 to BF" since F8 is the first byte to introduce a
(fictional!) Unicode count point that is coded with 5 UTF-8 bytes
