The new test-case abbreviatedSyntax-26 is marked is-XPath2="true". However, the query contains a Let clause and element constructors, which are not valid in XPath 2.0, so the is-XPath2 attribute should be changed to "false".

I am closing this bug as it is not present in QT3. The converted test case has a dependency on XQ10+ only.
