Comments on http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-qaframe-spec-20041122/specgl-ics 1) The Implementation Conformance Statement uses URIs of the form ./#foo which will only work correctly if the implementation conformance statement for each specification lives under http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-qaframe-spec-20041122/ For a template, these should be converted to absolute links. 2) "The table includes spaces for scoring each checkpoint, "yes" (satisfied), "no" (not satisfied), "n/a" (not applicable)." It should be encouraged to link to the part of the spec that demonstrates each claim of conformance, as well as just marking yes or no or n/a.
Relates to bug #1041
