In 2.6.3 appears: "An interface that has a complement of URL decomposition IDL attributes will have..." In this case "will have" should read "has". [Singlular subject; no need for future tense.]
Suggest also changing in this same section: "In addition, an interface with a complement of URL decomposition IDL attributes will define an input..." to read "an interface with ... IDL attributes defines an input ...", removing "will" (also singular subject).
