Description Ville Skyttä 2005-02-24 18:25:34 UTC
http://qa-dev.w3.org/wmvs/HEAD/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.hut.fi%2F&charset=iso-8859-1+%28Western+Europe%29&doctype=Inline

The detected character encoding "" has been suppressed and "iso-8859-1" used
instead.

The warnings system lacked a logic path for "no charset" and "override" at the
same time, fixed.
