Description Laurent Goderre 2010-11-04 18:04:52 UTC
Parsing the value of the up relationship is difficult with the multiple words. If trying to build breadcrumbs from a list of <link rel="up[...]> is hard and requires recursion and looping. A simple syntax like "up;3" that would define the up relationship and the depth instead of "up up up" would be much simple to parse.

Status: Rejected
Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: That seems like a bug in XSLT, not a bug in HTML.
